2/3 fresh grapefruit juice
Splash of soda

1/3 vodka
2/3 fresh grapefruit juice
Splash of soda
2 tablespoons rosemary simple syrup
Squeeze of lime
2 teaspoons coarsely chopped fresh Peppermint leaves
3/4 cup Vanilla Ice Cream (Kleinpeter's Homemade Vanilla)
1/3 cup crushed ice
2 Tbs Maple Syrup
2 Tbs Creme de Mint
1.5 Tbs Dark Rum
1.5 Tbs Light Rum
Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until very fine.
Mix together:
- 3 Tbs frozen Mango concentrate
- 1 Tbs frozen Orange concentrate
- 3 Tbs Dark Rum
- 1Tbs Sassafras infused Dark Rum/unrefined sugar syrup
- 6 Tbs Lime Seltzer Water
Optional garnish: Top with Strawberry slice in 1 Tbs Sassafras infused Dark Rum / sugar syrup
